2. The programs provided do not replace consulting a doctor or certified nutritionist, especially if you have any health conditions.
3. You must consult your doctor before starting any exercise or diet program, especially if you have: heart disease, diabetes, blood pressure issues, previous injuries, chronic diseases, or if you are pregnant.
4. Any use of the programs is at your own personal risk.
5. Mudarbak bears no responsibility for any injuries or health damages resulting from applying the provided programs.

1. Mudarbak does not guarantee any specific results (weight loss, muscle building, fitness improvement). Results vary from person to person.
2. The platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
3. In all cases, Mudarbak's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the service.
4. The platform is not liable for service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss due to circumstances beyond its control.
5. The user bears full and exclusive responsibility for personal safety during exercise execution.

1. Stop immediately if you experience any pain, dizziness, abnormal shortness of breath, or concerning symptoms, and see a doctor.

3. The platform is not recommended for those under 15 without parental supervision.
4. If you take any medications or supplements, consult your doctor before following the suggested diet.
5. Suggested weights and reps are guidelines only. They should match your actual abilities — start light and progress gradually.

1. Programs are generated by advanced AI models and reviewed by the Mudarbak team before delivery.
2. AI may produce inaccurate information in some cases. Therefore, every program is reviewed by humans.

4. Calculations (calories, macros, BMR) rely on approximate formulas and may differ from your actual body needs.

1. The service is available to those aged 15 or older. Those between 15-18 must obtain parental consent.
2. You must provide accurate and truthful data when registering. False data may affect program safety, and the user bears responsibility.
3. Programs are delivered within 24 hours of payment and registration under normal circumstances.
4. The platform reserves the right to refuse service to any user without stating reasons.
5. The service does not include direct follow-up with a personal trainer or nutritionist unless explicitly stated.

By using the platform, you acknowledge and commit to the following:

3. In case of technical issues preventing delivery, the user is entitled to a full refund or re-generation.
